Shipping Policy:
We offer shipping for all our products within India. Once your order is placed, it will be processed and dispatched within 1-2 business days. However, for stitched products, please allow additional time for stitching, depending on order volume. Typically, stitching may take 3-7 additional business days.

  • Domestic Shipping:
    • For ready-to-ship products: 3-7 business days.
    • For stitched products: Additional 3-7 business days, depending on order volume.

Packaging:
We take great care in packaging our products to ensure they arrive safely and in perfect condition. All items are securely packed with protective materials to avoid damage during transit.


Returns & Exchanges

Return Policy:
Your satisfaction is our priority. If for any reason you are not completely happy with your purchase, we offer a return or exchange within 7 days of receiving your order. Please note that the item must be in its original condition, unused, and with all tags and packaging intact.

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange:

  1. Email us at [your contact email] with your order number and reason for the return or exchange.
  2. We will send you instructions on how to return the item(s).
  3. Once we receive the returned items and inspect them, we will process your refund or exchange.

Non-Returnable Items:
Certain items, such as customized products (like handpainted pieces), and sale items are non-returnable.

Refund Process:
Refunds will be processed once the returned item is received and inspected. The amount will be credited back to the original method of payment. Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to appear on your account, depending on your payment provider.

Exchanges:
If you would like to exchange an item for a different size or color, please follow the same process as a return and mention your exchange request when contacting us.


Important Notes:

  • All items must be returned in original, unused condition.
  • Shipping fees for returns and exchanges are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.
  • Ivatii is not responsible for items lost or damaged during return shipping. Please consider using a trackable shipping service.
